He builds strategic partnerships with federal and state agencies positioning CI-ISAC as trusted infrastructure for critical infrastructure cyber resilience. Prior to CI-ISAC, Huon led Australia’s first Telecommunications Sector Resilience Profile and established policy frameworks for defence cyber skills and Indigenous participation. He holds a PhD in International Political Economy from the University of Sydney, with expertise in systemic risk and critical infrastructure resilience and is a member of the Home Affairs Supply Chain Resilience Expert Advisory Group.
